Set your preferred meeting rooms from Settings, and Clockwise will prioritize those conference rooms when you schedule a meeting using the Clockwise Scheduler.
When you book a meeting, Clockwise will search for a room that works for your event based on the number of attendees in the meeting. Clockwise determines the capacity of meeting rooms using information from Google (if available) or based on past meeting behavior.
When Clockwise surfaces suggested rooms for a new meeting, Clockwise will first check to see if any of your Preferred Rooms with adequate capacity are available. If none of those rooms are free, then Clockwise will suggest rooms that we recommend based on your past meeting behavior.
